How it works

Wild Alchemy is inspired by design thinking. The program encourages you to slow down and focus on understanding yourself. You’ll explore how you want your day-to-day life to feel and what matters right now. Then you’ll work backwards from that, exploring new possibilities, testing options, and learning as you go.

How do you want to live?

We start with a creative challenge, inviting you to engage your imagination and curiosity as you explore how you want your life to be. 

You’ll bring those dreams to life by creating a Discovery Board: a fun, creative, and tangible tool to capture your thoughts and desires. Let your imagination run wild! 

Once you’re clear on how you want to live, you can work backwards and start designing and living to your ideal life. By the end, you’ll have a clear focus that guides your choices as you journey through this adventure. 

Start where you are

With any great adventure, it helps to know your starting point. In this challenge you use the Wheel of Life (a simple but powerful tool) to map your current reality, notice your strengths and highlight where you feel drawn to grow.

You’ll gain a clear snapshot that gives you focus and inspiration for the journey ahead. 

Your guiding values

Your next challenge: identify and explore your core values, the things that matter most to you. When you get clear on what’s important in life, it allows you to create a really personal definition of a good life. 

This clarity is powerful because it helps you make choices that are fully in tune with who you are, making it easier for you to take ownership of your journey as you work through the program (and beyond). 

Use what you have

This next challenge is all about bringing those great ideas on your Discovery Board into reality. 

The key? It’s time to look within yourself and see what you’ve already got at your disposal. This step asks you to explore the passions, skills, and sense of purpose you already possess. These aren’t just abstract ideas, they’re the tools you can use to make your ideal life a reality. 

Think of it as leveraging your own unique potential to weave together a truly sustainable life for yourself. 

Beyond the comfort zone

The main idea here is simple: if you want things to change, you have to get used to a little uncertainty. 

So, this challenge is all about making friends with discomfort by gently stretching your comfort zone. You’ll take small, intentional steps beyond what’s familiar. By trying these mini challenges, you build both courage and curiosity, which opens your eyes to new possibilities. Then, you’ll be ready for the final step: weaving it all into your real life! 

Making it real

This is where the magic happens! 

All the challenges you’ve completed and all your insights come together as you begin to make your ideal life a reality. This last challenge is about taking action, but not in the sense of setting big ‘glossy goals‘. 

Instead, it’s about enjoying a series of small experiments rooted in curiosity. You’re going to try on different ideas for size, highlight key focus areas, and simply try things out. Have fun testing your new ordinary!
